It has been a long time since I wrote on here. I am keeping the blog as a free version without my actual domain since it takes money to get premium features that allow me to use my domain. I have been just working on myself and trying to get in a better headspace over the long break that I took. I'm back on my weight loss/fitness kick which has helped a lot as well as keeping a journal. Maybe one day I will go back to putting some of those thoughts and feelings on the blog, but for now I'm not going to share them.
I started back intermittent fasting on 05 February 2024 I started out at 175 pounds and So far I am down to 168 pounds so my personal weight loss goal is 135 pounds. I started off pretty easy just fasting, but the weight isn't coming off as fast as I would like it so I have now incorporated walking into my daily schedule. I saw a video on TikTok talking about the 12-3-30 workout. I am trying to ease myself back into working out so I figured the best way is to ease into it also I can't get to the gym so that also makes it a little harder to workout the way that I want to. I'll be doing 21 hour fasts as of tonight from 20:00-17:00. I was doing 20 hours when I started back and I was pleasantly surprised that I jumped in like that. According to my WeFast app the benefits of fasting for 18-24 hours is efficient fat burning that puts me into deep ketosis. I picked 21 hours because it was the midpoint. Plus I'm a snacker so the less time I have to eat means I'll eat quality foods instead of a bunch of junk food.
I have also started learning how to apply makeup. I think I am doing a pretty good job at it. The one thing I haven't been able to master is my eyebrows. I barely have any and what I do have is not the way I want them to look. I'm thinking I should go get them waxed into the shape I want and then I will be able to fill them in. I tried filling them in/shaping them with eyebrow gel and concealer and it never comes out the way I want so I just end you rage quitting and not wanting to do any makeup at all. I know have 2 Youtube channels started of course I don't post on them consistently because the first one was geared towards life and this blog. The second is for gaming and I haven't really been gaming as much lately so I need to get get back into both of these. Well it's getting late I've been trying to multitask so THis took a little longer to write then I intended. I'm going to try to get back in the habit of posting more consistently on here especially because I want to keep an eye on my weight loss journey. I guess I'm going to spend tomorrow updating links and channel art then once that is done I will have an updated schedule for when I post. I'm thinking every other day on the blog and once a week on the youtube channels for now. That way I don't get too overwhelmed. That will also give me a chance to figure out what I'm really trying to do. So
