Starting to work on me

I know it's late or early depending on when you sleep but I can't sleep. I decided to try out intermittent fasting to see if that could help me lose weight. I saw a video on TikTok which reminded me that I had been thinking about trying this out so I wasn't going to keep putting it off. I'm a snacker and I haven't eaten in almost 16 hours and it is driving me insane. The only reason that happened was that I was sleeping and when I woke up I downloaded the app. Just tryna make it realistic because I am definitely not that good yet. I think I will start fasting at a different time when I can finally get my sleep schedule on track.

I got distracted doing stuff around the house and working on stuff for the Youtube channel. I think the next thing I will incorporate into my routine will probably be meditation or Yoga. I'm thinking of Yoga just because it's exercise and I'm trying to get back into shape. I'm getting kind of apprehensive about how everything is going to work once I finally get a job. I have so much on my plate as it is. I know that a job is going to affect everything dealing with Unapologetically Keishia because I probably won't be able to post as much. Hopefully one day this will be my job. I really do enjoy doing all this.
I having a hard time now because I'm just getting started trying to get everything together. Once I have the layout down I just have to make and edit the content. So, I better get started now listing out a lot of ideas or maybe just getting a lot of content created so that when I don't have time to sit down I just have to post stuff that's already made. I honestly had a lot of thoughts in my head when I first started this post but now I'm just rambling so I'm going to work on some other things.
